Hi Guys in preparation for the season of superx
we are going to have a saturday / sunday busy bee with a ride on the sunday afternoon for those that help.
the idea will be that we will start around lunch time saturday work until we have had enough then stay saturday night have a bit of a piss up (possibly soem entertainement) and then go again sunday morning until we have acheived our goal then have a ride. we will have macheinery there and the idea will be to prep the track during the busy bee (hopefully get enough help) and then we can ride a fully prepped traqck in the afternoon. of which we will be changing for the start of this year. so be the first to ride it and help set it up
the works that we need to do as a priority (otherwise we cannot hold the superx events)
instal the new pump for the sprinklers install some pipe work for the sprinklers test and replace sprinkler heads as nessacery install new street lighting install new pit lighting install new clubhouse surround lighting
we are looking for anyone that has any experince of any kind to come and give us a hand we also need if anyone has any access to it
2-5 ton excavator with trenching bucket 6 wheeler tipper truck various sized electrical cable electrician
anyone that comes and help will be rewarded with some new mebership incentives of which mel should hopefully post soon so you can all see.

Yes there are lights to be screwed to the side of the shed conduits to be put in ground help set up the pump and run the bew pipe these are all straight forward things to do and you would be working with someone who knows what to do as well there are also works around the clubhouse to be done

Big effort to those who were there over the weekend mentioned above. Such a huge thanks goes out to everyone involved.
Its unfortunate but i think its time that ATVWA follow the example set by other clubs where we have people pay upfront for busy bees with money returned to those who attend. There seems no other way to get people help out their club. Its a shame that everyone wants to use the place but not many want to assist in its progress and upkeep but we shall continue..... From one of my fav movies "Built it and they will come!"
..and a big shout out to the newly formed "Frog Squad" : Tristyn, Keenan, Jake, Josephine and Deegan. Sorry to anyone who finds a large amount dead frogs...they could be anywhere?
