Hey all im new around here just thought i would post and say gday. At the moment im just in the process of looking at which quad to get as converting from two wheels to four so any thoughts you guys may have on whats good and bad would be greatly appreciated. The reason for change is that the rug rats are getting into bikes now so im looking for something that is easier to keep upright with some of the painfully slow speeds that they can sometimes do. But also has the goods that i want when im allowed out to play on my own. Cheers n beers Juppy

heya juppy, welcome, i have all suzuki's and am a huge fan of them, the quads i have are the ltz 400's and i also have a ltr450, i would recommend the ltz400 for just cruising around but it also has the power to ride it is fast as what you could want, real nice suspension and fly's through the air nicely too!!

Hello and welcome .. any quad is good as long as it is not one of the cheap china copy jobs.. go for the common known brands and you will be ok. ;D Yamaha/susi/Honda/kwaka/ktm. there all good. engine size is all you need to look at . were do you go riding ??

Cheers for the welcome guys. At the moment im leaning in the direction of the TRX450 but still not 100% sold on it so who knows what i will end up with. Where i ride kind of depends on how much time i have up my sleeve. If heading out for a couple of hours usually the pines or barbagallo area, 1/2+ day i try to get out to Muchea i know a few blokes that own some land out that way and have MX tracks set up. Working FIFO, time is sometimes limited so more often than not the pines/barbs. Cheers Jup
