It was brought to our attention that Coaching Days need to be run by a MA approved Coach and working with children tickets are also required.
Membership Cards:
These are being done at the moment and Must be presented at the track if asked for by a Committee member. This is to stop NON Members riding there.
Web Site:
The web site has gone through a major over haul and is looking good, Steve Kirk has joined the Committee to assist Colin ( 4STYL3R) with the up keep of the web and help Troy Cox with the Forum.
Kitchen Tidy up:
The current Kitchen is a little run down and will be getting a face lift as soon as we can organise trades and materials.

We are putting together an info pack to go out with the registration cards and it will be at the track on the toilet building wall. If anyone has something they wish to add to it please forward it to me.
Junior Track:
There has been some members asking for more parking closer to the track, this would mean moving some of the junior track further south and moving a portion of the southern pony track. Next time there is a few committee members available we will head out there and talk it through with our track manager.
Pony Express Track:
We have approached the land owner to the north of us to extend our track along the fire trail of there property which should give us a few extra km's of fresh trails. this is still being investigated.
Sponsors Area:
We are looking at paving or some form of hard footings to have a designated are for sponsors to bring their bikes, apparel and merchandise to the track on event days.
Kill Switches:
Although they are not mandatory we are highly recommending that people fit them for their safety.
2 Wheeler Access:
In the past people have requested permission to ride 2 wheelers at the track, this is strictly forbidden unless they live in the Gingin Shire and have proof of address, there is no other exception even for private track hire.
First Aid Room:
There is small amount of maintenance to be done to get this room back to a useable condition.
Locks For Toilets:
The toilets and water tank will be locked with the same lock as the front gate and will be required to be locked when the last person leaves.
Club Assets:
We have added a 5KVA Generator to our asset list as well as a new water fire pump, which can be hired with the tack, contact the committee for prices.

HEY PEOPLE!! NEXT MEETING IS DUE! Happy to host at my place in Morley if required. I would consider it urgent so we can lock in roles for the upcoming Pony Express 22 May, ie timekeeping, track prep, flags/fencing, general clean up of canteen/first aid room
I am available to go to the track this weekend if anyone wants to meet there to do a fence run/inspection/repair. I suggets the committee meeting be held prior to THIS WEDNESDAY to ensure everything is in hand with enough time to sort anything outstanding?
Any thoughts from the committee members on this?
