Hi ATVWA'ers Some of you at the last Pony Express may have seen my bar modification i did whilst racing one of my laps. I lost the bolt where the rubbers go on and had the clutch side of my bars basically swinging in the breeze going up and down 90 degrees. It happened only about 2 kms in along the straight next to the Perth Lano road, so for the remaining 16 kms i couldn't pull up on the bars, at all. A little tough when your riding Woopridge to say the least.
I have replacement neoprenes bushes but not the bolt.
Anyone out there got a spare or know of a replacement kit or something.
The alan key head screw needs to be flat on the bottom edge to fit, those who have these bars will know what i mean. Anyway let me know if anyone out there has any help please.
My lap time was way faster than the one i did later in the day with 2 flat front tires, seems i was pushing Mels bike a little harder than she does and am pulling the tires off the bead, if anyone has any second hand Polaris beadlock rims please contact me also Cheers
