Hi members you might have seen the email but we have a committee meeting next wednesday 11july at 7pm which is open to all members, we encourage as many members to come along and have your say about all things atvwa
Meeting is at Leedervile sporting club 78 cambridge street west leederville at 7pm bar is open and they sell bar snacks.
Come down have a beer or three and have your say in the way we run your club.

Hi guys, thanks there Murph for getting this one started.
Yep so we the committee would like to invite all our current members to a half year meeting. We usually have a committee meeting once a month and discuss general club business and upcoming events. This next meeting gives you the members an opertunity to talk about, suggest ways to improve our club.
It would be awesome to see new & old faces and to meet all the new peoples.
Hope to see you there.

Sorry Grumpy never been there before. They did say they had their own car park but as for the security, dunno.

Hello everyone.
It was a shame that only a few club members showed up to tonights Club/Committee meeting. Those members were able to voice issues or concerns that they have and seek responses.
It was a great opertunity for members to see what was happening with their club and provide valuable feedback to the committee on how they wished the club to move towards.
If members wish to raise any concerns they may have or propose new ideas or anything that they believe to be important please by all means either contact me or another Committee member. A list of all Committee Members is located on the Website.
Remember this is YOUR club, your track and only you guys have the power to help guide the club into the best club it can be. Without members, it's just dirt in the middle of nowhere!

Went to meeting last night [2 degrees] it is worth members going next time to see how the club is being run,a bit disappointed in turn out,This club is at a turning point if members dont pitch in more with events and committee duties it could go cold again ,which would be a shame after all the great work and fun we are having there,there is enough members to spread the work load,so its not the same people busting there flowers off all the time.remember this is a quad club with quad tracks, if it goes pear shaped we will be all riding at metro rd with all the other 2 wheel bikes not fun,grumpys 2cents worth

Glad to hear you got home alright grumpy wasnt sure if you would have frozen to the bike on the way home and had to wait until the sun came out to thaw out
