I just want to say thankyou to 2 very important people who seem to thank everyone else! Murphy all I can say is you pulled off the impossible getting that track done in the time we had, forfeiting your own holidays and supplying machinery and workers to make sure that the track would be ready for the event. And what an event it was, except for the dust which couldn;t be helped because of the truck breaking down, the event was a huge success!
The other person who needs thanking is Damo, our president. That guys doesn't stop, from dawn till dusk he has been working to make sure this event would not only happen but would be as good as it could possibly be. He has successfully pulled together a team committed to making this club and it's events a huge success. Being president of a club is not an easy task, especially one with an enthusiastic and imaginative committee.Damo's task of turning ideas into reality and motivating the people to put in the hard yards is what has turned this club around.
To all involved in bringing the club to where it is today a BIG thankyou!

50's only get 2 prac laps, then 1 heat, they ride for free, they can then drive around the kids track for remainder of the night.

just to let everyone know the issues with the dust at the last event have been solved. a very small crew of people gave up the weekend to trench and lay a sprinkler system around the the track. the system requires a bit more work tom finish it of but the initial test last night seemed really good for coverage etc. so thats sorted anyway.
