i want a triathlon around the MX track, 1)run 2)ride push bike 3)ride quad
Also another Poker Run as it was a good fun/social format just need more people to attend
A speedway run after we tidy up the speedway oval.
A time trial
A Hidden prize search.
Thats all i got for now, oh maybe something later in the year, maybe held at night so its cooler, with some jumps, and some drfiting sections, with a Party afterwards, maybe a saturday night would be best so we can recover sunday, we'll have to camp coz we'll all be drunk so camping gotta be an option....but im just rambling now hahhaa

Your MX triathlon is a great idea, you could draw alot of people in if you did it while the MX guys are still fit and before it gets hot... Few different classes.... get 4Style to video highlites put up some prize money and make it a fundraiser for the club

But yes would be an all ages gig if i have anything to do with it.

I'm pretty sure our insurance wouldn't cover us for an event like that. Plus I doubt the shire would want to encourage people racing around the dunes as it would be a very difficult environment to control the track. But let's keep the ideas coming. Drag racing sounds like it could be a good idea.

Why not ask the Navy if you do do a couple of laps of the bombing range and maybe a blast up the beach to Wedge?

Back in earlier days when I was the pres we approached the Collie motorplex to do an event down there. they have plenty of space to do all sorts of events as they do a lot of off road training, hill climbs and stuff for the army as well as having a road racing track. Plenty of room for camping, toilets etc. etc. They were quite keen to have us, but at the time we didn`t have the numbers to make it viable.

as good as run around wedge and through the tracks in the bomobing range sounds pretty sure it cant happen as motorbikes are banned in those areas.
